HY-S255R’s Nomex yarns are coated in PTFE suspensoid. This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE particles. Packing has a light inert oil treatment. Nomex is a white aramid fiber which is tough but less abrasive to shafts or sleeves than typical aramid products.
