A process to non-metallic filler, the outside coated with a layer of sheet metal gasket production machines. For making double jacketed gasket,this machine can finish making U profile and then planish metal segment or gaskets with filler and cover board. It needs small rollers /moulds for different sealing width.
Operation:
Step 1：A shear good sheet metal into the machine forming the wheel and drive between the guide pulley to start the motor slowly forming round sheet metal pressed into the drive guide wheel.
Step 2：ready-coated non-metallic filler: such as graphite, asbestos, glass fiber. Into forming the middle of a good sheet metal, and Close the lid (the pre-cut sheet metal).
Step3：the plastic wheel with the repression of the drive guide wheel molding gasket called jacketed gaskets.
Option:
1.Random with eight sets of mold: molding round of eight sets of eight sets of integer round
2.Other mold according to customer order.
